Flow & Pressure

The supplied flow and pressure to the MP-L are dependant on the intensification ratio chosen. The table below shows the flow and pressure for each model. Flow Q1 is when the pump pressure has been reached, and flow Q2 is when moving up the vertical part of the pressure curve. For information on the flow-pressure curve press Function

The MP-L is an In-Line pressure intensifier, designed for high flow applications, where it will provide high pressure exactly where needed (max. 800 bar / 11,600 psi). Having all the high pressure valves integrated, including the POV, a pilot operated check valve for relieving the high pressure side, the MP-M offers a cost effective solution for intensification needs. Controlling the high pressure side is done through valves on the supply side adding to safety. The MP-L intensifiers are offered with 5 different intensification ratios, and the compact design allows the intensifier to be installed in most existing and new hydraulic systems.
