The supplied flow and pressure to the MP-2000 are dependant on the intensification ratio chosen. The table below shows the flow and pressure for each model. Flow Q1 is when the pump pressure has been reached, and flow Q2 is when moving up the vertical part of the pressure curve. Please note the max. values must not be exceeded.

The MP-2000 is an In-Line pressure intensifier, designed to be inserted in a low pressure hydraulic system, where it will provide higher pressure exactly where needed (max. 2,000 bar / 29,000 psi). Having all the high pressure valves integrated, the need for additional high pressure components is minimized ensuring a cost effective system. Controlling the high pressure side is one through valves on he supply side adding to safety. The intensifiers are offered with 4 different intesification ratios, and the compact design allows the MP-2000 intensifier to be installed in most existing and new hydraulic systems.
Optionally the MP-2000 is
offered with the POV integrated, a pilot operated check valve for relieving
the high pressure side. For more information on
the POV check valve press
